Update:  We have experienced a lot of interest our home.  If you are serious about renting the home please be prepared to email the rental application http://landlordassociation.com/RENTAPP.pdf along with two recent pay stubs and a copy of your identification.  

Home is available for move in Saturday June 4th, 2016. We are having new carpet installed on Friday, June 3rd, 2016 and will prorate the first month's rent.

The last time this home was available for rental we had 8 strong applicants, if you're seriously interested please come prepared to fill out a rental application.  We'd also love to hear a little about you, how long of a lease you're looking for and your preferred move-in date.

A Little About Our Home

Our newly renovated modern pool home is located in the Rancho Sereno neighborhood which is located within the city of Yuma.  If you are a military family (like we were when we lived there), this is the perfect distance from the base, it's far enough to feel separate from work but close enough to not feel like you have a big commute (like living in the foothills).   The home is located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the best schools, and on a great canal system which is perfect for evening walks with the dog.

Our home features an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining, anti-microbe silestone quartz countertops, glass backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances to include a 5-burner gas range stove, and a huge butcher-block island.  The spacious master bedroom is attached to an on-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and a door that opens up to the backyard and pool area.

The backyard is fully fenced and features a grass area with irrigation, a large play pool, and a covered patio that is great for grilling and hanging out in the shade.  The pool is a self-cleaning, self-leveling pool that is also serviced twice a week (included in rent) for a truly maintenance free pool experience.

Entrance to Home


Both the front yard and backyard grassy areas have automatic irrigation system and have been landscaped with drought resistant landscaping. The front door is fitted with an additional lockable, screened-storm door. The attached two car garage (not in picture) is located just to the right.
